Hello my gorgeous GLAM FAM!

Halloween is right around the corner!

You know what that means..lots of fun Costume & Make up looks!

I attended Disney's Mickey's not so scary Halloween Party, and put together a quick look for myself and my husband.

I was Harley Quinn and he was the Joker..this is my take on the Suicide Squad inspired looks.

I actually did the Joker makeup in about 25 minutes.

Here's some photos!

We had a blast at the MNSSHP!

You get to trick or treat, see a special halloween parade and fireworks, but best of all..
see the Hocus Pocus Villian Spelltacular show!

Check out my Instagram for Makeup Details, and follow me for more Makeup looks!

What makeup look will you be doing this year?

Hola Glam Fam!

Me after my first full set!

Have you ever wondered what it's like to get eyelash extensions?

Celebrities and socialites have been getting the service for awhile now;but they've become increasingly popular for those who want to wake up with big, beautiful and luxurious lashes!

I've been wanting to try to them for sometime now;working in the beauty industry many of my clients and friends have them.

I have very thin, sparse lashes so having extensions was always appealing to me.

I had an amazing opportunity to get lash extensions,so I'll cover the basics as well as my experience!

My lash technician is the amazing Cyn from Sinful lashes.

So you're taking the plunge..what to do prior to your appointment:

Make sure you wear minimal makeup.

Bring headphones if you wish (an initial full set could range from 1-2 hours)

Wear something comfortable.

Now you're ready!

Your lash tech will ask you what type of lashes you prefer.

I chose a "babydoll" open my eyes more and look more fun & flirty.

During the application process, the lash technician will apply pad/tape to your lower lashes..then start adding synthetic/natural lashes to your by one.

Most people fall asleep,as you're on a comfortable massage type table, and it's not painful at all.

When we were finished with my lashes for the first time,I was amazed!

The volume, length and everything I had desired for my eyes was what I hoped for and more!

It would take me 5-6 coats of mascara or a pair of false lashes to equal how my lashes look.

Cyn was very professional, efficient and always makes sure you are satisfied (how could I not be?!).

You can't get the lashes wet 24-48 hours while the glue sets.

You must use an oil free make-up remover, and be gentle on your eyes.

Your lashes have a growth phase where they shed naturally,so don't be alarmed when lashes fall out from time to time..they do shed anyway you just don't notice it as much.

You can expect to get a fill every 2-3 weeks depending on how fast your hair grows/sheds.

Some things to consider before getting extensions are maintenance and cost.

You can't be harsh on your eyes/lashes.

Cyn from Sinful Lashes has extremely reasonable pricing compared to what some people charge;and she can come to you!

Once you get them, you'll be addicted and won't want to go without them!

The amount of money you'll save by not purchasing mascara every month is well worth having extensions, not to mention you can go swimming and do other activities without getting panda eyes!

Overall, I am very happy with the extensions,I can wake up and wear less eye makeup because my lashes make my eyes pop.

Check out Sinful Lashes By Cyn..she's in the Tampa/Brandon area and does travel!

She's also a very talented Makeup artist & Hair Stylist!

Hi friends!

I've been meaning to post this for awhile now,but life always seems to get in the way.

Anyways,I had another amazing year at The Makeup Show;

I got to attend the beauty bloggers press preview event again with James Vincent as the host.

As usual,he was full of brilliant ideas and stories.

What I love about him is that we have a similar background..we both worked at MAC Cosmetics for years before launching our own freelance career.

Now he is an Industry expert and world renowned makeup artist.

He is a hub of inspiration!

I also got to see and reconnect with some of my blogger friends.

After the event,I worked at the Frends Beauty booth as I do every year.

It was very hectic, crazy and fun..I had just a little time to shop but we were having a wonderful time meeting some awesome people.

The highlight of the show for me was meeting Eve Pearl and Scott Barnes, celebrity MUAs.

Eve Pearl had a booth 2 down from Frends, and I was so happy to meet her.

She is one of the most humble, down to earth people I have ever met.

Her work in incredible, she is a 5 time Emmy award winner!

She was so generous and even gave me some of her products to review, which will be coming soon! :)

The Makeup Show is absolutely amazing, and I feel like it really brings the makeup community together.

Check out some photos from the show!

Hi Glam-ettes!

Hope everyone had happy holidays and a great start to the new year!

Today I am excited to review Too Faced newest makeup addition:

I have actually been freelancing as a Makeup Artist for Too Faced at Macy's and Ulta, and when I learned about this launch I couldn't wait to get my hands on it!

I was so happy when my husband purchased this palette for me for Christmas!

Chocolate Bon Bons palette

Its the 3rd release from the Chocolate Bar eyeshadow collection, preceding was the original Chocolate Bar,then Semi-Sweet.

I alternate these palettes everyday, they have been my favorite shadows next to Viseart for the last year.

First of all,

The packaging is's PINK!

Like all of Too Faced products, their presentation is so cute and girly.

Its smells like chocolate,it's infused with antioxidant rich Cocoa powder pigments which apply very smooth and creamy.

The shades are neutral with pops of color, making it great for everyday use.

It has quickly become my favorite palette.

I really like the new heart shaped pans,it adds an extra feminine flair!

I will soon do a Youtube video review swatching the shades.

It's $49, same pricing as the others.

It's well worth it in my opinion as it will last a long time with the pigmentation being so rich.

You can get the palette here.

What do you think about this new palette?
